Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control, budgeting, and financial planning for construction projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects whilst ensuring financial efficiency and compliance with contractual obligations. The ideal applicant will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of construction processes and cost management.
This position is working from home 3 days a week and office / Site visits 2 days a week. You can be based Birmingham, Stoke on trent or Warrington. Anywhere along the M6 would suit
Estimator - . Construction within new build, fit-out or refurbishment experience.
You must have UK experience as an Estimator and have a full UK driving licence. If not your c.v will be deleted
