Dental Nurse / Trainee Dental Nurse
£13.50–£16.50 per hour | Permanent | Full-time, 4–5 days

The Gardens Dental Practice is an established, independently owned private practice in central Dorchester, directly opposite Borough Gardens. We are looking for a positive and caring person to join our friendly team—either an experienced Dental Nurse or someone ready to begin an exciting new career in dentistry.
Alongside high-quality general and cosmetic dentistry, you will have the opportunity to become involved in advanced implant treatments, including digitally guided surgery and full-arch rehabilitation. We use modern technology including CBCT, digital intraoral scanning and 3D printing, offering experience that goes well beyond routine dental nursing.
Already qualified?
We will help you broaden your skills through funded CPD and practical experience in digital and implant dentistry. Previous implant experience is welcomed but certainly not essential.
Looking to train?
No previous dental experience is required. If you are friendly, reliable and eager to learn, we will provide full support and fund your training towards a recognised dental nursing qualification.
Your role will include:
- Assisting during general, cosmetic and implant procedures
- Preparing surgeries, instruments and materials
- Caring for and reassuring patients
- Maintaining excellent infection-control standards
- Helping our clinical days run smoothly
