As a deputy manager you will:
Support the team to grow and develop, Maintain a clean and safe environment, Ensure staff/child ratios maintained ,Undertake observations, Supervise meals , Attend and participate in training programs, Be a key person to a small number of children, Ensure confidentiality is maintained.
