We’re looking for friendly, energetic and confident Bartenders to join our team and help us deliver an unforgettable experience for every guest.
Think country music, cowboy boots, busy weekends, brunch buzz, and a team that works hard but has fun doing it.
The Role
As a member of our Floor Team, you’ll be the face of Silver Spur. You’ll be responsible for looking after guests throughout their visit, from welcoming them through the door to making sure they leave wanting to come back.
You’ll be expected to:
- Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Provide excellent table service and take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver drinks, food and bottomless brunch packages efficiently
- Build a great rapport with customers and make their experience memorable
- Process payments and operate the till accurately
- Keep tables, floors and guest areas clean, tidy and presentable
- Reset tables quickly and efficiently during busy services
- Follow all company, licensing, health & safety and food safety procedures

- Friendly and approachable with a natural ability to talk to customers
- Energetic and enthusiastic, you bring the party to every shift
- Confident on the floor and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team players who are willing to jump in wherever needed
- Passionate about hospitality and creating great customer experiences
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends and busy periods
