Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced weekend Bar Supervisor to join our team and run shifts as well work shifts alone.
Responsibilities
- Run shifts alone as well as part of a team
- Be a responsible Key holder
- Be confident in handling money/cashing up
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Must be available for overtime shifts during the week as and when needed for holiday cover
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a hospitality environment
- Good time keeping
- Handling money
- Background in bar experience is highly desirable
- Good understanding of customer service.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and management
