We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based in <LOCATION>, this role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our diverse client sites, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service with care and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain hygiene standards in various environments such as schools, offices, and commercial spaces.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Support team members to achieve collective goals.
- Ensure all cleaning duties are completed efficiently within scheduled times.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning environments.
- Previous experience with commercial cleaning equipment is preferred.
