Overview
We are seeking a professional Wedding Car Driver to provide exceptional transportation services for our clients on their special day. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a courteous manner, and the ability to ensure a smooth and memorable experience. This role involves operating luxury vehicles, maintaining high standards of safety and presentation, and delivering outstanding customer service throughout each event. Opportunity to drive a selection of classic cars.
Duties
- Safely operate wedding vehicles, ensuring punctual arrival and departure times
- Assist clients with getting in and out of the vehicle in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle before and after each event
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and functionality
- Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and manage traffic conditions effectively
- Communicate clearly with clients, coordinators, and team members to coordinate timings and logistics
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary, such as loading or unloading luggage or equipment
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times during driving assignments
Qualifications
- Valid <PERSON> driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Aged 25 or over, semi retired urged to apply
- Proven experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver is advantageous
- Experience operating luxury or specialised vehicles preferred
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanour
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when required, demonstrating physical fitness
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics to identify potential issues early
- Excellent organisational skills to manage schedules and routes efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends for wedding events
- Zero hours contract
Pay: £13.00 per hour
