We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team to start ASAP.
Whether you're an experienced Practice Nurse or have transferable skills and are keen to develop, we'd love to hear from you. Full time and part-time roles considered, with System One knowledge where possible.
Job Type: Part-time or Full-Time
Main duties & Expectations include, although are not limited to:
· Chronic disease management
· Immunisations and vaccinations
· Wound Care
· Health Promotion
· Treatment Room Duties
· Minor Illness experience is desirable but not essential.
· Experience is not essential in using the computerised clinical system (SystmOne) as training will be provided; we are looking for the right personnel skills.
The successful candidate must be organised and efficient, caring and resilient.
You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have basic Word/Excel/computer knowledge, be pro-active and must have the ability to use your own initiative.
