This role would suit someone experienced who is looking for flexibility while remaining involved in day-to-day finance activities, reporting and financial control.
Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end close and financial reconciliations
- Oversee AP, AR, banking and payment processes
- Prepare management reports, cash flow tracking and support annual budgeting and budget monitoring
- In charge of Sales / Purchase Order posting in ERP system
- Review journals including accruals, prepayments and payroll-related entries
- Support VAT compliance and financial reporting
- Assist with inventory accounting, stock reconciliation and product cost monitoring
- Maintain finance systems and support process improvements
- Liaise with external accountants and management teams where required
Requirements
- Relevant accounting and finance experience
- Previous experience in management accounting or finance operations
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) is advantageous
- Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
- Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Well organised and detail-oriented
- Mandarin speaking preferred

Pay: £18,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
