Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. This role involves cleaning windows of various types of buildings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties
- Clean windows on both residential and commercial properties.
- Use specialised cleaning tools and solutions to achieve streak-free results.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain equipment in good condition and report any damages or issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- Work to a schedule provided through our app system.
- Uphold a professional appearance and behaviour when representing the company on-site.
- Perform exterior cleaning jobs to a high standard such as; jet washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning and soft washing.
Qualifications
- Valid driving licence preferred, as some travel between sites may be required.
- Good command of English language for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Previous experience in window cleaning or similar roles is advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team when necessary.

Pay: £13.50 per hour
