Agri-tech Ltd is a well-established and growing agricultural consultancy business, providing a range of specialist services to farming clients across the UK. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Office Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
This is a varied and rewarding position that would suit someone who enjoys administration, thrives on managing multiple tasks, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with both colleagues and clients and become an integral member of our friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients by telephone and email.
- Managing bookings and scheduling for consultancy services.
- Preparing client documentation, reports and mapping packs.
- Coordinating travel and hotel arrangements for team members.
- Providing general administrative support across the business.
- Assisting with the administration of our Precision Irrigation services.
- Supporting the operation of our Soil Sampling business.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors and clients as required.
- Supporting project delivery and helping ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing a varied workload and prioritising tasks.
- A confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude.
- A strong team player who enjoys supporting colleagues.
- Previous administration or office coordination experience is desirable.
Experience within agriculture is beneficial but not essential, as full support will be provided.
