The Allen Groupe is a professional international aircraft detailing company offering a wide range of interior and exterior services to demanding customers of the private aviation industry.
We are currently recruiting candidates to join our night team at our Farnborough location to carry out Aircraft Detailing and restocking of amenities to private Jets.
Working hours for this position will be 5pm - 3am (10 hour shift 4 on 4 off)
The successful candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and maintaining aircraft surfaces to ensure optimal appearance and safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for aviation. Prior experience in janitorial services or customer service is advantageous, and a valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate movement between aircraft. The position involves working in a professional environment where attention to detail and commitment to quality are highly valued.
Duties
- Clean and polish aircraft exteriors and interiors, including windows, seats, and cabin surfaces
- Remove dirt, debris, and stains using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring special attention or repairs
- Maintain cleanliness of hangar and work areas, adhering to safety protocols
- Follow all health and safety regulations during cleaning procedures
- Document completed work and report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
Skills
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality workmanship
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Customer service skills to interact professionally with colleagues and clients when required
- Valid driving licence is preferred for transporting equipment or assisting with aircraft movement
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit, capable of standing for extended periods and performing manual tasks such as lifting and bending

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
