Secondary School Reprographics Officer
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and organised Reprographics Officer to join the administrative team at a highly regarded Ofsted Outstanding school in Barnet. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting a vibrant school environment, ensuring staff and students have the resources they need to succeed.
As the Reprographics Officer, you will be at the heart of the school’s operations, delivering a reliable and efficient printing service while contributing to the smooth running of administrative processes across the school. As this is a fast paced position, previous experience in reprographics is required.
Key Responsibilities
Reprographics & Printing Support
- Manage all photocopying and printing needs for the school.
- Report and coordinate repairs for photocopiers across both sites.
- Maintain stock of paper and supplies to ensure seamless service.
- Provide alternative services such as laminating and basic design support for signage and posters.
- Assist with the layout and production of key materials, including:
- Year 8 & 9 Options Brochures
- Staff Handbooks
- Exam papers and results
- New Year 7 welcome packs
- Student reports prior to review days
Event & Exam Support
- Support events by producing brochures and printed materials.
- During exam periods, start earlier as required to prepare exam papers, particularly for students with access arrangements.
School Administration & Team Support
- Keep displays and posters around the school up-to-date and professional.
- Support the reception team when needed.
- Maintain a clean and tidy staffroom environment.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative working culture.
