Financial Administrator/Personal Assistant (Part-Time – 4 Days per Week)
Parks Wealth Management (PWM) is looking for an experienced Financial Administrator/Personal Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support to advisers in a professional financial services environment.
Location: Split across multiple Louth locations
Salary: £25,000-£27,500 per annum + bonus, dependent on experience (Pro-rata)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day administration: post, scanning and data input
- Diary and appointment management (Outlook)
- Producing client meeting packs, including SJP and non-SJP valuations
- Maintaining accurate client records across CRM systems (Salesforce) and physical files
- Preparing and chasing Letters of Authority and provider information
- Updating Confidential Financial Reviews and compiling notes from the Adviser
- Drafting client correspondence (meeting confirmations, post-meeting and ongoing service letters)
- Preparing documentation for adviser sign-up packs in line with internal processes
About You
- At least 2 years’ experience in the financial services sector
- Highly organised, detail-focused and professional
- Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties
- Comfortable working across multiple office locations
- Reliable transportation is mandatory for this role
- Ability to clear a background check
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Salesforce)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
