£15-£15.50/hr (£13/hr basic + service charge)

We're looking for an experienced Front of House leader who has a proven track record of coaching, developing and motivating teams. Experience in a high-volume, quality-led restaurant is essential.

What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a senior server, supervisor or Head Server role within a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
- A passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and leading by example
- Experience coaching, training and developing Front of House teams
- Strong knowledge of UK hospitality standards
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- The confidence to lead busy services and make decisions under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistently high service standards
- The ability to motivate and support your team while holding them accountable
- Reliability, professionalism and a hands-on approach every shift
