Job summary
We are seeking for a talented, experienced and most importantly passionate Chef who'd like to cook for a small family run restaurant rather than big chain eateries. As a Chef, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a safe, clean and efficient work environment.
Be prepared to;
- Work in a small team
- No 'vegan cooking' experience required
- Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
- Be able to develop and create new menu items (and calculations)
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies daily as needed
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events, promotions and managing and improving all controllable costs
- You'll be expected to work 48 h per week / 5 days a week. Job includes weekends.

Qualifications
Experience at least 2 years must!!!
Certificate & Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures!!!
Skills
Culinary skills with a deep understanding of food preparation techniques and presentation.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in every aspect of kitchen operations.
Familiarity with hospitality standards and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene in the kitchen.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Pay: £33,000.00 per year
