We have a great opportunity to join our team as an Operations Manager on a fixed term maternity cover contract, working from home to manage our teaching teams. This is an exciting position where you can bring your teaching expertise and quality focus to a team dedicated to delivering high-quality teaching and learning to apprentices.
- Earn a £38,000 salary
- Fixed term contract until 31/07/2027
- Support the delivery of high-quality teaching

- Work from home
- Work 37 hours per week Monday to Friday (8.30am or 9am start time each day)
- Early finish on Friday

Requirements:
- Proven success managing a team of apprenticeship tutors/teachers
- Extensive knowledge of apprenticeships
- Minimum English and maths GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent
- CAVA/equivalent assessing qualification
- Level 5 or above teaching qualification
- Satisfactory Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
Desired:
- Educated to degree level at a 2:1 or above
- Level 3 or above management qualification
- QTLS/QTS status
