As a result of our expansion plans and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Warehouse for our Imperial Park store.
In this role you will be a key member of the warehouse team and will report to your line Manager.
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will be a dedicated and experienced Warehouse operative. You will lead by example and inspire other colleagues to maximise standards and deliver excellent service.
You will have the ability to show your experience by driving replenishment and improving performance, consistently meeting key warehouse KPI’s. As a Warehouse assistant you will ensure that your area is well maintained and continually look at ways to develop and improve business performance, procedures, health & safety standards.
Working closely with your line Manager you will have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a strong work ethic, being clear, open and honest.
The role will see you ensuring that a high level of service is consistently delivered across the department
Key duties of the role will include:
- Driving high levels of service across the department
- Managing stock control and investigating anomalies
- Managing goods in / Goods out
- Manging a trade counter
- Dealing with customer product related queries
- Manging the reporting function for the department
- High standards of housekeeping and execution of all H&S procedures
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven warehouse background. You will proactively take ownership of a wide range of tasks, professionally dealing with issues.
You will have good attention to detail and have the drive to implement new systems and processes.
