General Labourer – Bank Fit-Out Project
Location: Banbury
Start Date: Tues 16th June.
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer with experience in construction site support for a 4-week bank fit-out and refurbishment project in Banbury.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the installation of fixtures, fittings, partitions, and internal finishes
- Supporting trades with material handling, site preparation, and general site duties
- Loading/unloading deliveries, moving materials, and maintaining site cleanliness and organisation
- Cleaning welfare areas inc bathrooms/toilets
- Safe and efficient use of basic hand tools and power tools (as required)
- Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety at all times, including adherence to site rules and PPE requirements
- Working effectively as part of a professional team to meet project deadlines
Essential Requirements
- Valid CSCS card (essential – Green Labourer card or equivalent)
- Previous experience working as a labourer on construction, fit-out, refurbishment, or similar building projects
- Physically fit, reliable, and able to undertake manual handling tasks
- Own basic hand tools (e.g., tape measure, utility knife, hammer, etc.) is advantageous
- Punctual, hardworking, safety-conscious, and positive attitude
