Role Purpose & Key Accountabilities
- Unpacking and inspecting components.
- Jigging and de-jigging of components.
- Document control
- Masking and Demasking
- Component Identification
- Training to blast components
- Training towards becoming a 1st off inspector, CEO and final inspector.
- Training towards quality checks on all processed components using measuring equipment defined against the specific process, to ensure the part is produced to specification.
- Work to achieve set production times and targets.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in other departments in order to support Customer and Company targets, objectives and goals.
- Carrying out activities in order to facilitate principles of Continuous Improvement throughout the company.
- Ensuring compliance with the Company Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality policy and legislative requirements.
Any other duties that may reasonably be required by the company from time to time.
Role Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, with guidance and supervision
Pay: £14.21 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
