Thomas Grant Recruitment are currently recruiting Warehouse Loaders for our client’s busy distribution centre in Eastwood. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for steady night work within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Pay (PAYE):
- £13.00 per hour (nights)
- Weekly pay, with holiday pay accrued
Shift Details:
- Night shift rota (Sunday availability required)
- Start times: Between 22:00 – 23:59
- Working in a modern, busy warehouse environment
About the Role:
As a Warehouse Loader, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the night operations. Typical duties include:
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
- Sorting and scanning parcels ready for dispatch
- Ensuring freight is organised correctly within the warehouse
- Following site health and safety procedures at all times
- Working as part of a team to meet tight deadlines
This role is physically demanding, involving manual handling and repetitive lifting throughout the shift, so a good level of fitness is important.
Experience:
Previous experience in a warehouse or loading role is advantageous, as only limited training is provided.
