We are looking for a motivated and confident practitioner to join our team as a Band 7 Urgent Care Practitioner. This role offers the chance to work autonomously within a stand‑alone UTC, managing a wide range of presentations.
You will use your advanced assessment, diagnostic and decision‑making skills to provide safe, effective care, supported by a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. Contributing to the delivery of high‑quality urgent care for our coastal and rural communities. Giving you the opportunity to maintain and develop a broad clinical skill set.
We also welcome applications from experienced Band 6 Clinicians seeking progression. A Trainee UCP route is available for the right candidate with a clear supported plan to develop into a Band 7 role through supervised practice, competency achievement and ongoing professional development.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Paramedic with experience in Urgent or Emergency care. To work as a competent, autonomous Practitioner, within a multi-disciplinary team in the unscheduled care service. The post holder will initiate clinical assessment including triage, diagnosis, treatment, referral, review or discharge using a range of advanced skills and expert knowledge for patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions.
