About Us Exquisite Brushwork is an upcoming residential property improvement business launching soon across London. We are currently building a reliable network of skilled, self-employed tradespeople to onboard for upcoming high-end domestic projects.
The Opportunity We are seeking experienced self-employed tilers to join our trade roster. This is an initial outreach to review credentials, portfolios, and availability so we can assign work directly as projects go live.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years’ professional residential wall and floor tiling experience.
- Status: Genuine self-employed status (registered sole trader / UTR required).
- Equipment: Own reliable van and complete set of professional tiling tools.
- Insurance: Valid Public Liability Insurance (minimum £1m cover).
- Credentials: Blue CSCS card required (NVQ Level 2 desirable).
- References: 2 professional trade or client references.
- Standards: Clean working habits, high-end finishing skills, and a respectful manner in occupied domestic homes.
- Substitution: Right of substitution applies, subject to replacement personnel meeting our qualification and quality standards.
Scope of Work
- Residential wall and floor tiling (bathrooms, kitchens, splashbacks, feature walls, large-format tiles).
- Substrate preparation, tanking, clean grouting, and silicone application.
