We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared in advance.
- Provide high-quality patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling using IT systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
- Sterilise dental instruments and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Support the dental team in administrative tasks as required, including managing inventory and ordering supplies.
Qualifications
- Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- A compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Proficient in IT systems related to dental practice management is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated.
