Business Development Manager
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to help grow our retail business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers and business partners, and supporting the company's sales growth across our online and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Assist in developing sales and business growth strategies.
- Support the expansion of the company's online and retail customer base.
- Conduct basic market research to identify customer trends and potential opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software or company systems.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services.
- Attend meetings with potential clients and represent the company professionally.
- Provide regular updates on business development activities and sales progress.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or business development is preferred but not essential.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and willingness to learn.
