Your typical working pattern be 7:00am-finish Monday-Friday, with no weekends or bank holidays. This is an in person position, due to the nature of the role, and you would be based out of our Hemel Hempstead depot (Unit 6 Fields End Farm, Pouchen End Lane, Hemel Hempstead HP1 2SD), reporting to Sean Jackson (Depot Manager).
Job Description
This role is essential to the smooth running of our depot and ensuring we consistently meet customer expectations. Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Loading, unloading, preparing, and operating company vehicles for daily delivery routes
- Cleaning and maintaining the vehicle to a high standard
- Sanitising water coolers on customer premises in a safe and responsible manner
- Installing, sanitising, transporting, and delivering stock to customer locations securely and efficiently
- Obtaining customer reviews/feedback during visits
- Offering upgrades and additional products to existing customers where appropriate
- Carrying out basic plumbing tasks related to water cooler installation and pipework
- Plumbing experience is preferred — a Level 1 Diploma in Plumbing Studies is desirable

Qualifications/Experience
- Full, Clean Manual UK Drivers’ Licence (essential)
- Level 1 Diploma in Plumbing Studies (preferred)
- Ability to reliably commute to the depot.
