Front of House Lead-Night Operations
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time, fully flexible across 7 days, able to start as early as 7.30pm and finish at 0730am, consisting of a mix of 10 and 12 hour night shifts
Contract Type: Fixed Term Seasonal until Winter 2026
Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2026 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Hotel Front of House Team Leader to join the team!
You will ensure the overall smooth and efficient running of the Front of House team on your shift and control the shift operation whilst communicating effectively with all relevant departments. You will lead and develop our team of Hotel Front of House Assistants by demonstrating a high level of customer service. As a motivational leader you will ensure that your team are providing the best possible standard of guest interaction, and handle any guest problems, complaints and compliments, passing on any relevant information to management.
You will develop direct reports to enable your team to give the highest standard of customer service and you will liaise regularly with Housekeeping regarding room allocations, status and special requirements.
The role of Hotel Front of House Coordinator is a key function when it comes to coaching, developing and empowering your team to deliver excellent customer service and of course adhering to all company policies and procedures, allowing for judgement and flexibility as situations demand.
