The Marquis of Granby is a boutique 10 bedroom hotel set in a beautifully refurbished pub in between Dover and Folkestone. We are looking for a responsible individual who will be in charge of the hotel overnight. This individual will be entrusted with looking after the building and maintaining cleaning standards throughout the shift. This role requires flexibility with shift patterns as essentially this is a job share so holiday cover is needed and works between the right candidate and the current night porter both ways. Typical shift patterns are Monday to Thursday 23:00-07:00, Friday and Saturday 23:00-07:30 and Sunday 22:00-07:00.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning of the restaurant areas
Responsible for late check ins
Responsibility for the hotel whilst on shift
Willing to take on extra jobs throughout their shift as instructed by their line manager

Full driving license is compulsory due to rural location and unsociable hours
