Credit Controller
Job Description:
As an FSSC contact you will build in depth knowledge and relationships with both external and internal customers. The successful applicant will be a confident, pro-active, hardworking individual with the ability to collaborate confidentially at all levels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Chase payment for aged debt from a portfolio of customers using a variety of communication methods
- Allocate and reconcile cash to multi currency debtor accounts
- Ensure customer disputes are promptly entered on workflow system and system and communicated to regional contacts
- Liaise with internal contacts to resolve customer disputes/ account issues
- Effectively manage workflow strategies to review and monitor aged debt to ensure maximum cash collection
- Produce and distribute reporting packs with specified deadlines
- Working as part of a team to achieve group targets and objectives
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communicator at all levels
- Team player who is able to quickly establish relationships
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver work in a fast paced finance environment
- Open minded to flexible ways of working and able to adapt new processes and procedures
- Good excel skills required
- SAP experience preferred
