Facilities or Estates Management experience

Previous team leadership or supervisory experience

Strong understanding of H&S and compliance

Good IT skills and experience managing priorities

Ability to work effectively with clients and contractors

IOSH and CAFM experience desirable

Facilities Management qualifications are advantageous
