- Strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering roles, ideally within a large or complex organisation

Broad experience across planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis and performance management, with the ability to turn financial information into clear insight

Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support decision-making

Strong analytical capability, including financial modelling and scenario analysis, combined with good attention to detail and sound judgement

Some knowledge of ESG finance or reporting helpful but not required

Professionally qualified accountant or equivalent relevant finance experience preferred
