Health Care Assistant

The role
We support elderly and vulnerable people in the comfort of their own homes, helping them remain independent as an alternative to residential care. This is a highly rewarding role where you will build meaningful relationships and make a real difference every day.
Whether you are experienced in care or looking to start a fresh, new career — we provide full training, ongoing support, and clear opportunities to grow.
Shift patterns
- Morning 7:00am – 2:00pm
- Evening 4:00pm – 10:00pm
- Alternate weekends required.
Pay
- Weekdays - £13.10 per hour
- Weekends - £16.10 per hour
- Bank Holidays - £20.25 per hour
+ Paid travel time between visits
+ Mileage reimbursement at £0.45 per mile
What you'll need
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- A kind, caring attitude and genuine desire to help others
