Cook/Chef/Baker

Working Hours: 8:00am – 2:00pm
The Breakfast Cook is responsible for delivering the breakfast menu and food offer to agreed specifications while supporting the Front of House team to ensure smooth, efficient and hygienic daily service. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items to specification. Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all dishes. Maintain a clean, organised kitchen. Follow food hygiene and safety procedures. Support stock control and rotation. Prep and produce food efficiently during service. Work collaboratively with Front of House. Additional Duties & Responsibilities Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils and equipment. Operate the dishwasher safely and efficiently. Assist Front of House when required. Maintain cleanliness of sinks, surfaces, floors and waste areas. Empty bins and manage waste areas. Receive and store deliveries correctly. Follow opening and closing procedures. Assist with menu updates and support junior staff where required. Essential Skills & Requirements Ability to prepare a full traditional English breakfast to specification sheets and presentation standards. Strong understanding of breakfast service and food preparation. Ability to work efficiently during busy periods. Excellent standards of food hygiene and cleanliness. Reliable, punctual and able to work independently. Available full-time throughout July and August. Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Good communication skills. Pay: From £13.00 per hour
