We’re looking for a Facilities Team Member who takes pride in creating spaces that look fantastic, feel safe, and are always ready for what’s next — whether that’s a busy summer rush, a weekend full of weddings, or a packed day across our retail and hospitality sites.
What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same, but your work will always matter. You’ll be:
- Keeping our facilities clean, fresh and guest-ready through general cleaning and sanitising
- Supporting with basic maintenance tasks and reporting repairs or issues promptly
- Carrying out routine safety checks and helping keep spaces safe and secure
- Responding to requests from our retail and catering teams to keep things running smoothly
- Helping with waste, recycling, and keeping shared areas organised and looking their best
What we’re looking for
You’ll suit this role if you’re:
- Naturally detail-focused and take pride in doing a job properly
- Proactive — you spot what needs done and get on with it
- Friendly and customer-minded (even behind the scenes, you help create the guest experience)
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Experienced in facilities or housekeeping support (helpful, but not essential)

Pay: From £12.75 per hour

- Gretna Green, Dumfries and Galloway: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
