The company is currently looking for a Finance Assistant. As our finance assistant you will be assisting our financial controller with all daily tasks.
The Role:
- Accounts Payable; process/data entry and reconciliation
- Accounts Receiveble; process/data entry and reconciliation, credit control
- Processing payments and reconciliation for the bank
- Manage weekly and monthly wages of 40-50 people. Review and maintain records.
- General administration; support with data entry and filing
- 20-hours a week where hours can be flexible.
Requirements:
- AAT qualified or part qualified
- System knowledge of SAGE 200, SAGE 50 payroll
- Good and effective communicational skills
Additional Information:
- Salary mentioned is based on full-time employment in a 37,5-hour working week. The annual pay will be Pro-rata (20-hours = 0.53 FTE)
