We are looking for grounds maintenance operatives to join our busy grounds
maintenance team.
You will be responsible for working as part of a team to deliver this service using
various equipment including ride-on and all other mowers, hedge cutters, strimmer's,
blowers etc. delivering a consistently high standard of service for our customers.
Responsibilities will include:
Grass cutting and collection
Removal and disposal of green waste
Hedge and bush reduction and shaping
Strimming
Weed management
Shrub maintenance, pruning and planting
Litter picking
Maintenance of hard standing areas
As Grounds Maintenance operative we need you to:
Undertake physical activities including lifting of heavy items and working to a high
standard
Be able to work in a team
Be able to maintain work records and reporting
Work with customers to deliver a high level of satisfaction
Have basic health and safety knowledge
Work to and meet deadlines.
It’s not required, but it would be great if you have:
Current valid driving licence
PA1/PA6 Spraying Licence
