Working Hours: Friday - Sunday , 06:00 – 16:00
Pay: £14.62 per hour
+ Monthly attendance bonus: £86.67

The Role – Facilities Operative:
We are looking for a reliable Industrial Cleaner to support the day-to-day upkeep of our site, both internal and external. This is a hands-on role focused on cleanliness, maintenance, waste management, and health & safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of internal and external site areas
- Remove and dispose of waste across pedestrian walkways
- Grounds maintenance (grass cutting, weeding, hedge trimming)
- Operate mechanical road sweepers and gardening equipment
- Use industrial cleaning and waste compacting equipment
- Support ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Facilities Supervisor
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
What we are looking for:
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Flexible and willing to learn
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Awareness of Health & Safety in a workplace environment
Desirable (not essential):
- Experience using forklifts
- Experience working at heights
- Facilities, cleaning, maintenance, or site support background
