Overall Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a Streetlighting Operative to assist with the installation of street lighting columns, EV Chargers & feeder pillars along with joint bays for our contracts around Northwest area.
What you will be doing:
- Column installations and joint bays to allow for jointing teams to service the columns
- EV Charger bases & track work
- Feeder Pillar Installations
- Setting up and removing TM where needed
- Back fill where required
- Cable pulls
- Meeting the requirements of Individual Contracts terms and conditions
- Other duties will be required at Managers discretion
What we ask from you:
- Experienced in working to challenging performance measures
- Good communication and drawing reading skills
- Able to understand and implement Risk Assessments and method statements
- Flexible in working hours and to be available when needed – including some weekends
- Full driving licence & Towing required
- Machine Ticket
- Full Streetworks
- Manual Handling
- First Aid
- HSG47 (Desirable)
This role will be 45 hours per week, permanent/full time.
