We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with a proven track record. This is a mobile role, travelling to domestic and commercial properties in London and the Southeast.
Responsibilities
· Perform a variety of skilled trades tasks including carpentry, decorating, plumbing and general maintenance.
· Conduct repairs and installations and maintain accurate records of all tasks performed.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
· Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
· Strong problem-solving skills to assess issues and determine effective solutions.
· Core trade of either plumbing or carpentry.
· Clean driving licence.
· At least 2 years’ experience in multiple trades.
· Knowledge of safety procedures.

Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
