Bespoke Jewellery Sales Advisor
The Role at Flawless Fine Jewellery
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of the products, the bespoke process, our brand and convey this with enthusiasm to customers
- Meeting customers for face-to-face consultations at our Manchester, King Street office
- Responding to customers via e-mail, phone, LiveChat to ascertain and advise on their requirements
- Assisting customers through our bespoke design service
- Preparing and sending quotations for bespoke engagement rings, wedding rings and jewellery
- Helping with the selection of diamonds and gemstones to fulfill client orders
- Communicating with our CAD designer about specific customer requests for their bespoke order
- Following up with customers after their purchase for after-care issues and to request reviews
- Maintaining excellent presentation of the jewellery and showroom.
What we’re looking for is someone who…
- Has 2 years or more of bespoke engagement ring and jewellery sales experience
- Enjoys communication and human interaction
- Has passion for sales
- Has a passion for jewellery and gemstones
- Preferably has some Gemological qualification (though not required)
- Has an ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients and our team members
- Is commitment to driving client loyalty through great customer service
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has strong administration skills with good attention to detail and accuracy
- Is capable of multi-tasking with ability to prioritise workload according to business needs
- Has the ability to think on your feet work under pressure and to deadlines
- Is tech savvy
- Able to work as part of a team but also to work under own initiative
- Is well presented and dressed
