Gymnastics Instructor – The Little Gym Cambridge
At The Little Gym Cambridge, we help children grow in confidence, coordination and social skills through fun, engaging gymnastics-based classes.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and reliable instructor to join our team, working with children aged 6–12 years in a positive and supportive environment where learning through movement is at the heart of everything we do.
We are particularly looking for someone who is available to work Thursday afternoons and evenings and Saturday afternoons, with the possibility of additional weekday afternoon hours for the right candidate.
You don't necessarily need to be a qualified gymnastics coach — we're interested in people with experience in gymnastics, parkour, cheerleading, acro, tumbling or a similar discipline, who are enthusiastic about working with children and keen to develop their coaching skills.

The Role
- Deliver FUN, engaging and energetic gymnastics-based classes
- Teach and support children aged 6–12 years
- Create a safe, inclusive and encouraging environment
- Help children develop movement skills, coordination and confidence
- Build positive relationships with children and parents
- Work collaboratively as part of our team
What We're Looking For
- Experience in gymnastics, parkour, cheerleading, acro, tumbling or a similar discipline
- Ideally, some experience working with children
- Positive energy, enthusiasm and confident communication skills
- A passion for helping children learn and grow
- Comfortable being active and on your feet
- Reliable, committed and willing to learn
Availability: You must be available for a minimum of Thursday afternoons/evenings and Saturday afternoons. There is potential for additional weekday afternoon hours for the right candidate.
