Hours: 37.5 per week (including evenings & weekends)
Pay: £12.71–£13.20 per hour (Depending on experience & qualifications)
Do you have a passion for helping others live their best lives? We’re looking for a Female Community Support Worker to join our friendly team and make a real difference every day.
You’ll support adults with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, and mental health challenges to live independently and confidently.
What You’ll Do
- Provide person-centred support that promotes independence and dignity
- Supporting with daily living activities, including personal care, where required
- Encourage confidence and community engagement
- Monitor health and well-being
- Report and record accurately
What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate, reliable, and full of energy
- Flexible with hours
- Happy to get involved in a variety of activities – indoors and outdoors
- Committed to promoting independence and equality
- Flexible with working hours – including evenings and weekends
- Essential: A valid UK driving licence and access to a car (for transporting service users)
- Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
