Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products or services that meet their needs, providing expert advice and support.
- Engage in negotiation to secure favourable terms and close sales effectively.
- Manage B2B (business-to-business) sales interactions, building and maintaining professional relationships with corporate clients.
- Conduct driving duties as required to meet clients or attend meetings at different locations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using IT systems.
- Organise appointments, follow-ups, and schedules efficiently to optimise sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in negotiation and customer service roles.
- Knowledge of IT systems relevant to sales activities, including CRM software.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Organised with excellent organisational skills to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience in B2B sales is desirable but not essential; training will be provided where necessary.
- Valid driving licence is preferred for roles involving travel between client sites or meetings.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
