Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems; upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with safety standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Support kitchen staff by organizing supplies, restocking stations, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed
- Manage guest inquiries promptly, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure overall satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar stations, and kitchen spaces in compliance with health regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of serving techniques and bar operations; experience with cocktail mixing is a plus
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs
- Experience with food preparation or culinary tasks is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
- Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
