The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled clinician with a passion for aesthetic dentistry to build and grow a busy private list while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.
You will have the opportunity to provide a full range of cosmetic treatments, supported by excellent marketing, experienced treatment coordinators, and a loyal patient base.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality cosmetic and restorative dental treatments.
- Carry out comprehensive smile consultations and treatment planning.
- Deliver treatments including:
- Composite bonding
- Porcelain veneers
- Teeth whitening
- Smile makeovers
- Invisalign or clear aligner therapy (preferred)
- Maintain excellent clinical standards and patient records.
- Build long-lasting patient relationships through exceptional communication and care.
- Work collaboratively with hygienists, nurses and the wider practice team.
Requirements
- GDC registered Dentist with a current licence to practise.
- Post-qualification experience preferred.
- Proven experience in private cosmetic dentistry.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high clinical standards.
- Passion for aesthetic dentistry and continuous professional development.
Desirable
- Invisalign provider status.
- Experience with digital scanners and digital smile design.
- Cosmetic dentistry portfolio.
- Postgraduate training in aesthetic or restorative dentistry.
