Summary
The Governors of Great Arley School are wishing to appoint a permanent Teaching Assistant Level 2B and a temporary Teaching Assistant Level 2B. The positions are 32.5 hours per week. Great Arley School is a special school for pupils aged 4 to 16 years with a wide range of learning and complex needs.
We currently have 104 pupils on roll. The posts are term-time plus 5 INSET days to be paid pro-rata (this is a total of 39 weeks per year).
The hours of work will be 8.30am to 3.30pm. All staff in school are expected to be flexible, in order to be able to meet the needs of all pupils.
This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro rata basis.
The Governors are therefore looking for enthusiastic, flexible and committed Teaching Assistants, who preferably have experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs.
