Duties

- Lead and motivate team members by providing training on serving techniques, food preparation, and customer engagement.
- Manage time effectively to handle busy periods while maintaining high standards of service and product quality.
- Ensure all food preparation meets health regulations and company standards for cleanliness and safety.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers, addressing their needs promptly, and creating a positive experience.
Skills
- Proven experience as a barista with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
