Role Overview
As a Guest Services Team Member, you will be the friendly face and first point of contact for guests staying at our holiday parks. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome, informed, and well looked after throughout their stay.
This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for people and hospitality. Drivers licence essential.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Customer Service
- Welcome guests warmly and provide a smooth check-in and check-out experience
- Respond to guest enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
- Provide accurate information about accommodation, facilities, activities, and local attractions
- Handle guest feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently
Front Desk & Administration
- Manage guest records using property management systems
- Process payments accurately
- Maintain up-to-date guest information and daily reports
- Ensure reception areas are clean, organised, and well presented
Holiday Park Operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
- Assist with unit allocations, site allocations, and special requests
- Promote on-site services, amenities, and experiences to guests
- Support peak periods, events, and seasonal operations
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and privacy requirements
- Assist with emergency procedures when required
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
