Llanerch Vineyard Hotel is one of Wales' leading hospitality destinations, featuring an award-winning restaurant, luxury hotel accommodation, weddings, events, and vineyard experiences.
We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team. This is a vital role within the operation, supporting our chefs and helping to ensure the kitchen maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and is looking to develop a career within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness throughout all kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Wash and store crockery, cutlery, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Ensure all waste and recycling is disposed of correctly.
- Help receive and store deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
- Assist with deep cleaning schedules and routine maintenance of kitchen areas.
- Support the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service throughout the day.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Previous kitchen porter experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
