Penshurst Construction Ltd are looking to expand our delivery team based in Swindon to undertake works primarily on social housing with an existing Client.
Due to successful contract wins we are looking to expand our team to continue to meet our Clients needs. We currently provide a full range of services to domestic properties from minor repairs to full refurbishments.
The ideal candidates primary role will be kitchen strip outs, general labouring and basic multi-trade skills:
Essential multi-trade skills include latex screed and isolating plumbing.
Desirable multi-trade skills include minor plaster repairs.
The successful candidate:
- Located in the Swindon area.
- Can provide evidence of skill, experience and/or qualification.
- Have genuine multi-trade skills and experience.
- Provide their own essential tools.
Penhurst Construction can offer:
- Company van with fuel card.
- PAYE employment.
- 21 days annual leave + public holidays.
- Monday to Friday 40hr week.
- All local work in the Swindon area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £37,000.00 per year
